IM from the edge (postcards are so passé)
Feb. 27th, 2008 02:52 pmGah.
Yesterday morning, Abi and Susi acquired a brace of new cousins. They are Liam Robert and Aishlinn Joy Fitzpatrick.
We think we've talked Mikki into the ‘Aishlinn’ spelling (preserving the Gaelic original Aislinn, with the ‘h’ to make the pronunciation clear to Anglophones).
Other stuff has been happening, some of which I'm not going to talk about here.
I'm feeling ... odd. Discombobulated. Disassociated. Other things starting with ‘dis-’. Not Dog-affected, I think: not quite, it's weird, not the cold dark heavy blanket of the Dog, more a ‘half-an-inch sideways’ feeling. I'm not sure I like it.
Whatever. As you were.
