Abbi is going to kindergarten next year, and in preparation for that, Mim and I went to the kindy's AGM last night.

Long story short, Mim nudged me at an inopportune moment, and I discovered that I had just volunteered to set up the kindergarten's website.

From scratch.

Don't worry - I am. A tape silo is playing silly buggers, and I can't wander over to fix it - it's at our secondary site, and all the pool cars are out doing other things (like spending all fricken day at a training course at St Kilda Rd - what the fsck is wrong with public transport for that area, anyway?) Mutter.

I got Mim's message today, and will try and call back soon, although the next three days are looking pretty busy. Before I actually checked the messages this morning, I had been thinking about seeing if the pair of you could acquire child-minding for an evening next week and come see The Prestige with us..?

I definitely think the two of you should tread the light fantastic and come out for dinner and see Prestige. Surely there's some nice wholesome 16 year old girl in your neighbourhood who is itching for extra pocket money to baby-sit???
