And as my colleague here at work said; they didn't specify Melbourne, Australia — it could just as easily been Melbourne Florida...

The odds are pretty overwhelming that the Threat was directed towards the Australian Melbourne. But the odds of it being a credible threat are pretty remote. I'm not quaking in my boots, either.
