I remember one of the activist-focused groups on campus made their own, A3 sized versions, but I can't for the life of me remember if it was about the terrorism hotline, or if it was about something else. I remember being impressed though.
And on a lot of trains, when these ads were on the inside, they were similarly defaced.
(Not that I'm implying you hadn't realised other people have done similar things! Just... rambling.)
