You may be very happy to know that he has walked free, after the judge ordered his immediate release (doubtless taking into account the nine months behind bars, and all the rest of it, as being sufficient punishment.)

I've never met the guy, but I wish him luck - he may or may not be the type I'd be good friends with, but there's no doubt in my mind that he got the rough end of the stick.
