Writing is hard.

Gah.

I've had some thoughts about plot progression and motivation and such like, and rearranged elements in my head — most of this done in the car on the way home, but then I never get around to writing anything at home, and I certainly don't have time at work, not even stolen moments, and every time I get down to actually putting words on virtual paper, I get hung up on details, making each scene/paragraph/sentence Just So, and never looking up enough to see how I'm going to get to the next point.

Argh. I can describe what's going on, but I am really having difficulty with putting it into a story, especially one that people might want to read.

Like I said, gah.
