In possibly related news, a flock of pigs was seen flying past the Rialto in Melbourne, and Satan has appeared in Coober Pedy, complaining of chillblains and burst water pipes at home.
But seriously, forget the Apology: this is what gives me hope that we are finally being ruled by something approaching sane human beings again. Even considering that in comparison, this is a low bar to hurdle.
