Physio notes.
My physiotherapist, last night, decided that the regular beating she was inflicting were not having the desired result of fixing my neck. As a result, she moved on to the Rack.
Really. I had a go last night in traction for 15 minutes. A strap went around my chin and the base of my skull, and then got pulled taut, and fifteen minutes later the machine beeped and let go.
It felt ... interesting in a less than immediately good way, and I think I walked out of the clinic an inch taller than I walked in. For most of the rest of the evening I felt like one of the Kaminoans from Star Wars.
My neck seems a little better today. We'll see how it goes.
