From what I understand, in transliteration from arabic, e and i are much the same phoneme, and o/u/(sometimes a) similarly, the transcriptions being based on a given convention, and sometimes the accent of the speaker/translater. There is another 'a' phoneme which always(?) maps to "a".

Thus you will see H[ei]zb[aou]llah, each variation being a more-or-less accurate in its own way transcription of حزب الله
