Sure: she's just not used to food yet. She has only a small difference between "hungry, so Hungry, I'm starving" and The Exorcist. It is getting better, and gas may have something to do with it as well. Abbi had the same problem, and she grew out of it, so it's just a matter of waiting. The only question is how many months it takes.
All this is of little comfort at 4:30am, alas.
At least we don't have to deal with colic this time round. That was not pleasant.
