1. Move the disabled from disability pensions onto the Dole.
2. Notice that the long-term disabled don't put their heart and soul into looking for a job.
3. Cut them off the Dole tout suite, because they are not serious about getting a job (duh!)

Translation: One (1) ACME brand DIY cut-off-the-disabled-from-any-benefits-whatsoever kit, some assembly required.

Way to go, Johnny and Abbott, you've gone and told us that you are targetting Cripples and the Disabled, and thanks to a goldfish-like social memory, no-one noticed!
