Does anyone else see the irony in pulling a military coup because the government didn't sufficiently punish the perpetrators of the previous military coup?

It's good to see that our esteemed ferret-leader has moved us beyond the point where the Government is burdened with such things as assets.

After T3 and Medibank are sold, and all the roads sold off to parasite companies "Public-Private Partnerships" to be tolled, and all public space is in the hands of developers, and Murdoch and Packer have bought up the media National Opinion to their satisfaction, and, and, and, then we will have a government unburdened by anything save the power to write whatever laws the corporations tell them to, and either 1) a mind-boggling debt which it is up to the taxpayers to pay the interest of, or 2) a surplus which it seems that, mysteriously, the government has no responsibilities left to spend anywhere.
